凝汽器低腐蚀高净度化学清洗方法:在凝汽器停机后关闭循环水进、出水阀,建立循环水池清洗系统,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:

1.       初步冲洗及泄漏检查对附着率低的污垢进行水冲洗,并检查系统是否泄漏,当流出系统  的水色泽、澄清度与水源相同时,冲洗结束。

2.       清洗软垢在循环水系统中加入杀菌粘泥剥离剂,定时取样分析,当抽样两次浓度值相同时,结束该步骤。

3.       缓蚀处理在清洗循环系统加入缓蚀剂和还原剂,循环。

4.       清除硬垢,在清洗循环系统中加入GJ-2E除锈除垢剂以及缓蚀剂,根据硬垢厚度循环清洗。

5.       中和处理,用清水循环清洗,并用碱洗中和剂中和清洗水中的配液,当出口处目测杂质不多,且PH值大于5时结束该步骤。

6.       钝化预膜:如果凝汽器材质是不锈钢管,可采用自然钝化。如果凝汽器材质是碳钢或铜管,应投加金属预膜剂或铜预膜剂。
